Bubbling and Sparkling

 

 The most famous sparkling white wine is Champagne from the region in France called Champagne, and is distinguishable from other wines by the presence of bubbles (carbon dioxide) in the wine. Only Sparkling Wine from this region in France is allowed to be called Champagne. All other must be referred to as Sparkling Wine.
